The Fiscal Wake-Up Tour is a joint public engagement initiative by The Concord Coalition, the Budgeting for National Priorities Project at the Brookings Institution, the Heritage Foundation, and the Honorable David M. The critically-acclaimed "I.O.U.S.A." documentary, directed by Patrick Creadon ("Wordplay"), follows The Concord Coalition's "Fiscal Wake-Up Tour" and tells the story of America's four key deficits - budget, savings, balance of payments and leadership - and their implications for the nation and U.S. citizens.
