The Penny Game (Online Version): Try out our new online version of the Penny Game--great fun for individuals interested in testing out their knowledge of the federal budget. Principles & Priorities: is our flagship exercise that has been used in hundreds of High Schools, Colleges and Universities across the country. In it, participants make decisions about the best combination of program spending and tax policies to match with their larger sense of what the principles behind our budgets should be and what priorities the government should place at the forefront of fiscal decision-making.
