Congressman Mel Watt hosts Concord's Budget Exercise

Summary:

U.S. Representative Mel Watt of North Carolina invites constituents from the greater Greensboro area to participate in the Concord Coalition's federal budget educational exercise.  Phil Smith, Concord's southern regional director, administers the exercise at Bennett College while Congressman Watt interacts with citizens to discover how they would address fiscal challenges.
