The Citadel and the College of Charleston host the Concord Coalition's Fiscal Forum on the day of the Presidential Debate in Charleston, SC at 1 PM and 3 PM respectively. Concord's Executive Director Robert Bixby will join former Comptroller David Walker and former South Carolina Governor/Congressman Mark Sanford in a non-partisan, fact-based discussion on fiscal policy issues and long term federal budget trends.
