Eric Pierce is a Research Associate at The Concord Coalition, a nonpartisan, grassroots organization dedicated to educating the public about federal budget issues and their consequences for the future. Mr. Pierce's work at Concord includes budget and appropriations tracking and federal budget analysis. He is also a contributing writer for Concord’s Washington Budget Report and joined The Concord Coalition in 2010.
Before joining Concord, Mr. Pierce worked for the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, a nonprofit think-tank that conducts research and analysis on budget and tax policy. Prior to that, he served in the U.S. Office of Management and Budget. He has a master’s degree in Government from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Spring Hill College.
